Kickball! Spaghetti! What do these have in common?

Hey all!
Just wanted to remind you of a couple events coming up..

THIS WEDNESDAY- February 29th, we are serving the dinner before church. So, I hope to see you there. It's gonna be spaghetti! Bring a dessert if you can! Y'all can start showing up to church around 4pm to help.

Sunday morning Bible study- We are wrapping up our Bible study on sex, expectations, and relationships this Sunday. Some testimonies will be given during the Bible study hour, so trust me! You want to be there! 9:15-10:15am, in the youth room. Yes, of course, you can bring a friend. Starting March 11th, Bob Wottreng and Matt  Brandel will be co-leading a study on different denominations. Same time, same place...which is the youth room.

March 23rd- Kickball Tournament at Concordia St Paul! You can sign up on the youth room door, or email me @ yacminister@gmail.com, and I'll add you to the list. Stay tuned for more information!

Mission Trip Meetings- If you are going to Pennsylvania with us, stay tuned for some of the planning meetings. If you have not signed up for a planning group, please do so! Remember, we have all kinds of planning groups available. T-shirt design, event planners for nighttime activities, meal planners, prayer team, devotion writers, etc etc. If there is something you want to help with, but you are not sure if it is available, let me know! We want all of you guys to be able to use your gifts!!!

Camp Matz Meeting-Reminder: Camp Matz meeting on Sunday, March 11th...after the late service. This is for youth who are going AND at least one parent. Hope you can go. If you cannot be there, please let me know. There will be pizza and freewill donation.

Feel free to comment with any questions you have, and don't forget to subscribe to this blog, or share it with your Facebook friends! (You can do both those things on the right side of the blog.)

First Ever! (kinda)

Hello all!!
This is the first ever post blog post for our Good Shepherd youth blog. (Actually, it is the third or fourth, but I deleted those because they were stupid.) If you want to hear about upcoming youth events, cool devotion ideas, YouTube videos, or, you want an easy way to tell your friends about youth stuff, this is the place for you! Some things that you might want to think about doing is subscribing through email, (which you can do on the right side of the posts) and you can also like the posts so that they show up on your Facebook profile, and other people can read them. I will not be posting on this site daily, but definitely weekly. So this is a great way to have current information, but not flood your inbox or Facebook news feed. Feel free to leave me any comments, questions, or concerns that you might have!
